My name is Liam Lysaght and I head up the National Biodiversity Data Centre. I have had a deep interest in nature since I was a teenager and I am fortunate to have worked in different aspects of nature conservation for 40 years. I am particularly interested in understanding the science behind biodiversity and trying to get people and organisations to take actions that will help with its conservation. My role on the team is to provide advice on the biodiversity aspects as needed.
