My name is Clodagh. I teach and research on democracy and participation in University College Cork. I have been involved as an advisor on deliberative democracy to Citizens’ Assemblies in Ireland and elsewhere and I am a member of the Expert Advisory Group to Ireland’s Citizens’ Assembly on biodiversity loss. I’m excited and honoured to be part of the group that is supporting this wonderful team of Children and Young People and their Citizens’ Assembly on biodiversity loss.
